Our Mission

The Middlesex County Young Democrats is a chartered county chapter of New Jersey Young Democrats and a branch of the Middlesex County Democratic Organization that is dedicated to the recruitment and continued training of young persons for the future and advancement of the Democratic Party. All members share two interests—the interest and betterment of the Democratic Party and Middlesex County. The organization will always enthusiastically support all duly-elected and selected Democratic candidates. Political by name and focus, the organization maintains its ties to the community at large through a commitment to community service.

Our Vision

The Middlesex County Young Democrats seek to recruit young people of all backgrounds, e.g. race, gender, ethnicity and creed, to serve the Middlesex County Democratic Organization however needed. The organization envisions serving as a breeder of loyal and proactive young Democrats. Ideally, members will retain residency in the county and perhaps with the further goal that the organization will develop individuals to fulfill appointed and elected positions of the government and party. Finally, the organization will ensure that its membership participate in county-wide community service projects throughout the year.
