Stephan Lally

Stephan A. Lally currently serves as the Senior Staff Associate at the New Jersey Assembly Majority Office. In this role, Stephan works directly as the Senior Aide to Speaker Craig J. Coughlin. Stephan is responsible for assisting Speaker Coughlin with his day-to-day operations in addition to supporting the Majority Office’s Executive team and Assembly Leadership team respectively. Stephan oversees and manages the Speaker’s legislative partisan appointment process to various State Boards, Commissions, and Task Forces under the Speaker’s authority and promulgated by legislation, statute, or otherwise.

​Stephan also serves as a member of the Tuition Aid Grant Study Commission which is charged to make recommendations to New Jersey’s Tuition Aid Grant (TAG) program.
