Jack BarnesTreasurer
A lifelong Middlesex County resident, Jack Barnes grew up in a family active in the Edison community, where public service was always preached. Jack currently works for the New Jersey Senate Democrats as a Communications Specialist, where he writes press releases, interacts with the press and advises State Senators. Jack further learned the importance of public service when he interned in various levels of government while in college, including with Congressman Frank Pallone in his Washington D.C. office, the New Jersey State Senate and the Woonsocket, Rhode Island Mayor's Office. These experiences taught him how each level of government can have a different positive impact on the lives of all Americans. Jack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Providence College, where he also completed the Public Administration Program. Jack was the Vice President of the Providence College Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society in college, as well as a member of the Providence College Student Congress for four years. |
